Focused on Quality
Our tubes are made entirely to your specification and are produced to tolerances that are tighter than those specified by BS, EN or DIN. Focus Metals tubing is die and mandrel/plug drawn, thus controlling the tolerance on both the OD and ID. The result is an extremely high quality in terms of tube profile and finish. We are able to produce micro bore tubes with an OD less than 1 mm in most commercially available alloys. Furthermore, we have the tooling to manufacture the technically more difficult tubes including those with a very thick wall thickness and small ID.
Flexible
We will always look at bespoke options. Tubes can be supplied in random lengths, fixed cut pieces and even long coils. We can also hold stock for immediate call off if this is required or we can deliver to a fixed schedule.
